4 sponge tiers, the top tier was gluten free, the other 3 were raspberry ripple, vanilla and chocolate.Covered in butter icing and fondant, with fondant decorations. A fun cake to do!!

Pretty little, individually boxed Lemon Cup Cakes. These were to say "Thank You!" to a little girls Nusrey Teachers. As well as the Thank You message topper, I added a little fondant button, and a pretty fondant flower. These can be made for many different occasions.

Gift Jars.

Sorry for the quality of the picture, between the light and the phone camera, its not the best, but gives you an idea of what I did!!
They are Kilner style Jars, filled with either Scottish Butter Tablet, or Scottish Butter Shortbread, tied with a satin ribbon. These were for Fathers Day, and finished with Tartan Ribbon. They can be made as "Thank You!" gifts, "Teachers" gifts,and they make a nice change from a bottle if you are invited out for dinner{hopefully the host will share it out after the meal!!}.

10" Chocolate Cake with a Very Vanilla sponge "Planet", topped with a hand knitted "Sack Boy!" keepsake. As the cake was for a joint party, I made sure there were 2 Sack Boys, 1 for each of them!!

A 9" Chocolate Brownie base, topped with melted marshmallows, fudge pieces, M&Ms, maltesers and chocolate sauce. A Chocoholics dream!! Yummy with cream or ice cream!!

Football Huddle!!

A 9" sponge, surrounded by a huddle of Ryans favourite Celtic players, topped by an edible Celtic badge. This cake can be done with any football or rugby team.

Animal print!!

A 3 tier 10", 7" and 4" cake. The bottom tier is Chocolate and the top 2 are Vanilla. The base and middle tier are hand painted leopard print. The cake is then adorned with a fondant bow and glittery "21", which is backed by black feathers. The whole cake is the finished with a sprinkling of glitter!!
