I made this cake for my daughter Jennifers 18th Birthday. The grey heart shapes in the middle are sparklers, which looked great when they were lit. Under the pink icing is a chocolate cake with a chocolate spread, as she is not a lover of butter icing. It made it really chocolatey!!
