This was a single tier wedding cake for a couple who love lemon drizzle cake. The sponge was made with the zest of 6 lemons, then soaked with a syrup made with the juice of the 6 lemons. The frosting was then made with another 4 lemons!! It was a very lemony lemon cake!! They loved it !!
