A 2 tier 18th Birthday cake done with one chocolate sponge and one strawberry sponge!! These can be done in different flavours with different colour combinations, to suit the occasion.

I made this cake for my daughter Jennifers 18th Birthday. The grey heart shapes in the middle are sparklers, which looked great when they were lit. Under the pink icing is a chocolate cake with a chocolate spread, as she is not a lover of butter icing. It made it really chocolatey!!

This was a single tier wedding cake for a couple who love lemon drizzle cake. The sponge was made with the zest of 6 lemons, then soaked with a syrup made with the juice of the 6 lemons. The frosting was then made with another 4 lemons!! It was a very lemony lemon cake!! They loved it !!

An 80th Birthday cake for a sea fisherman. The boat is wooden and makes a great keepsake. I was really pleased with the "waves".Most of my cakes are sponge as this tends to suit most folks.

A butter iced sponge for a "Spiderman" fan. The Spiderman picture is a thin disc of icing printed with edible ink!! Basically if you want it on a cake, you can have it- round or square.

Made to look like a Birthday pressie, the flowers and tag shimmered with gold lustre. A nice"wee" cake for a small gathering.

A 60th Birthday cake for a lady gardener, booked very last miute. Next time I think I would like the grass to be a bit more "grassy" in colour. The brown underneath is the soil under the grass!! The lady is a keep sake made of fimo.

I made these last night, they are dark chocolate cupcakes with a white chocolate cream cheese frosting. They were my donation to Macmillans "worlds largest coffee morning", held this morning in the staff room of Irvine Royal Academy. I have to say, they smell and taste as good as they look!!!
