Hello Kitty is a Chocolate Sponge with a Chocolate Butter Icing filling. She is so cute! I loved doing her and she really came alive when I put her whiskers on!! She wanted a saucer of milk!! She is approx 12" wide!

Strawberries and Cream!!

A touch of Summer with my Strawberries and Cream Butter Shortbread. Made with Clotted Cream and Strawberry Pieces!! Im planning on doing Heart shaped ones for Valentines Season!!

Flowers and Butterflies!

2 Sponges, 1 chocolate and 1 Vanilla. Trimmed with a really pretty pink ribbon and topped with pink Flowers and Butterflies. Each cake is approx 10" long and the number 6 is about 6 1/2" wide.

Bieber Fever!!

Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes with pink swirled Very Vanilla butter icing and a Justin Bieber rice paper picture!!

Santa Baby!!

As Elliot was going to bed one night, he informed me that he needed home baking for his school Christmas fair, and it was to be handed in the next day!!!! 3doz glittery Santa cupcakes later, and everybody was happy!!! I printed the Santa toppers on my new food printer onto rice paper sheets. I can also do icing sheets, for photos etc.

A huge 20"x18" sponge, for a Lodge Celebration. The writing is printed on icing, then applied to the cake.

Take a hike!!

10" Chocolate cake for a Dad who loves hiking. The rabbit saw him coming and had disappeared down its hole!! The rocks are made of marbled icing. The hiker is a fimo keepsake!

This wedding cake was made up of vanilla, chocolate and carrot cakes. I was so pleased with the bright pink cala lilies, they looked stunning.
Each tier is on glass, with glass supports between each tier.

Lifes a Beach!!

A 50th sponge Birthday cake, measuring approx 14" x 20" for a Hawian themed party. I finished it off with paper parasol, Unfortunatly, I dont have a pic of it with it on!! The fish are made of rice paper and the palm tree is icing with rice paper leaves!

Pink Polka Dots!

A sponge Polka Dot Number 1, Its measures approx 10" x 13". The dots have a bit of a shimmer to them!

Sparkly 21st

This is a 2 tier vanilla and chocolate cake. The silver pillar in the middle, of the top tier is a fountain that erupts like a mini firework. Its topped also with shiny coils and glittery numbers and stars.
